Welcome to the Thai Expat foreign "ALL -IN -ONE" law service the first of its kind in the kingdom of Thailand.

Welcome to the Thai Expat foreign law service the first of its kind in the kingdom of Thailand.
Expats in Thailand can now enjoy the full Law Services. We are FOREIGN /Thai OWNED & have the experience to assist all foreigners with their matters and this advice is FREE.

Our objective is to protect all foreign expats living in Thailand. We tell you quickly what you need and if you wish to continue with our legal work then there is a fee, but you can use another lawyer if you like.

We help expats with their problems and offers guidelines as to what one should do. We no longer take responsibility of who one should use for law help but what we will do is explain the fundamentals of Thai Laws and lawyers. Our information service is a help line for all foreigners living in Thailand the downside, the good sides and what you must prepare yourself for when using whoever you decide to use for your legal work. Remember a law degree does not necessarily mean that lawyer you use is actually a barrister and even has a dgree. There are 2 stages so when using a lawyer in Thailand but please ask for their background; university they matriculated at and if they are a qualified barrister or solicitor as well as experience & referees for the job you wish them to do.

The Thai legal system is not like the West but you can achieve results. Unfortunately there are so many differences in costs etc and nothing uniform here although in the west you are at the mercy as well. Please remember costs are similar to the West so expect to pay a certain amount up front, during and the end result which could even be a percentage of the litigation but ask first. You may also be asked for an hourly rate once your up front payment is made but these and more help is available here on this website www.thaiexpatlaw.com for foreigners and expats who wish to know information on their problems that they may face. If in doubt ask----------- it costs nothing.
Civil and Criminal Law :
-Business & Coporate Law,Contact
-Family Disputes,Divorce,Custody or Support for spouse and children

If you legal problems in Thailand please tell us. Your help helps others living in Thailand and the feedback we get we can pass on to others. As with accountants who have been cowboys in the past the Government is slowly changing the guidelines for practising lawyers and accountants. IOt will take time but its a lot better than it was 15 years ago.
